Founded in 1904, Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz is an international boarding school with around 220 boarding and 120 day school students ages 12 to 19. The ” Spirit of Zuoz ” defines the school philosophy and conveys values that create a balance between a strong sense of tradition and progressive thinking.

Film & Theatre: Acting for film, public speaking, directing, and scriptwriting led by Hollywood alumnus Gian Franco Tordi.

Extensive activity programme: Over 70 activities per week are available, including a wide range of sports, the renowned Zuoz Globe theatre programme, visual arts, music ensembles, and digital skills workshops.
Long-term leadership & skills development: Students develop responsibility and leadership through the Student Organisation, the "Lyceum Balance" (Clubs & Societies), and the Corps of Volunteers, which engages in humanitarian projects.
Dedicated winter sports programme: Located near St. Moritz, the school offers a world-class winter sports curriculum including skiing, snowboarding, ice hockey, figure skating, and curling, with the campus featuring its own ice rinks and proximity to major ski lifts.
Outdoor education & expeditions: The programme includes "Challenge Week" and "Project Week" featuring alpine touring, mountaineering, river rafting, and climbing in the Engadin Valley, as well as service expeditions abroad.
High-performance sports: Specialized support is provided for competitive athletes in ski racing, ice hockey, and golf (Sports Academy), alongside unique offerings like Eton Fives and Cricket on Ice.
International trip programme: A robust offering of "Holiday Tours" and service trips focusing on culture, adventure, and volunteering in destinations such as Romania, Africa (Malawi), Morocco, and Tenerife.
Corps of Volunteers & Zuoz Club: A strong tradition of community service through the Corps of Volunteers and lifelong global networking via the Zuoz Club alumni association.
